QA & Support Engineer

Company Short Audition (Advision) is a technology‑driven company focused on streamlining audition and casting workflows for reality shows produced by major media and entertainment organizations worldwide. Our team works collaboratively to enhance existing products and develop new features that meet evolving customer needs. Role The QA & Support Engineer position at Short Audition (Advision) is a full‑time hybrid role based in Raanana, with 2 - 3 in office days per week. Working days Monday through Friday, from 10:00 - 19:00. Responsibilities include performing manual testing, training clients on product usage in both English and Hebrew, investigating user‑reported issues, reproducing and documenting defects, executing test plans and test cases and working closely with developers and product teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions. Qualifications Exceptional English and Hebrew communication skills , both verbal and written. Hands‑on experience in manual testing , including functional, regression, and UI testing for web‑based systems. Background in technical support or customer‑facing issue resolution, with strengths in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and clear communication of findings. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, while also working independently in a hybrid (Raanana/remote) setup. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication skills. Familiarity with bug‑tracking and project‑management tools and a basic understanding of web technologies. Prior experience in QA or support roles within a software or SaaS environment, along with a relevant technical or scientific degree or equivalent practical experience is considered an advantage.
