About the Role A leading and well-established communications company is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects involving security systems, low-voltage infrastructure, communication networks, and control systems. This is a dynamic, hands-on field position that offers the opportunity to manage advanced technical projects from initial planning through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end projects involving low-voltage systems, communication networks, security, and control solutions. Manage and supervise subcontractors, ensuring high-quality execution of on-site activities. Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and operational targets. Coordinate with key stakeholders, including clients, procurement, sales, and management teams. Assess customer requirements, define technical solutions, and oversee implementation through final handover. Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges in real time. Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing projects in low-voltage and communication systems - Mandatory. Hands-on knowledge of communication infrastructure, CCTV, control systems, and security solutions - Mandatory. Proven experience managing subcontractors and supervising on-site installations - Mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills, independent decision-making abilities, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Experience preparing and managing Gantt charts, Statements of Work (SOW), and technical documentation - Mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Microsoft Project - Mandatory. Experience working with CRM systems - Advantage. Fluent English , both written and spoken - Mandatory. Valid driver's license - Mandatory.
