We Are Hiring: Communication Infrastructure Project Referent We are looking for a highly organized and professional Communication Referent to join our growing construction group. In this role, you will manage communication infrastructure projects end-to-end—from initial requirement characterization with internal clients to pricing, execution, implementation, and final delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee communication infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. Work closely with internal clients to identify needs and characterize technical requirements. Plan and support communication solutions tailored to specific project needs. Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manage quantities throughout the project lifecycle. Request, analyze, and evaluate quotes, while monitoring costs and budgets. Manage interfaces with contractors, suppliers, and various professional stakeholders. Supervise execution and implementation stages until project handover. Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and overall performance. Coordinate between construction teams, communication specialists, and internal clients. Job Requirements: Mandatory: Proven experience in managing or supporting projects within the communication or communication infrastructure field. Mandatory: Strong familiarity with the communication and infrastructure landscape. Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quantity management. Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and managing price quotations. Significant Advantage: Experience in construction projects that include communication infrastructure. Ability to manage multiple interfaces and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, independence, and a systemic/holistic approach. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-level service to internal clients.
