Ongoing management and operation of the Marketing Automation system Building, managing, and optimizing Customer Journeys Building and managing audiences, segments, and triggers Analyzing campaign and customer journey performance, and generating insights for improvement Defining measurement and tracking requirements with Product and Development teams Ongoing collaboration with Marketing, Digital, data, Product, and Development teams Requirements: What we're looking for Experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, CRM, or MarTech Experience building and managing Customer Journeys and Marketing Automation processes Experience working with GA4 and GTM Technical orientation and ability to work with development and product teams data analysis skills and ability to generate business insights Analytical thinking, independence, and strong learning ability High level of English Significant advantage Experience working with Braze Familiarity with BI tools and data analysis Experience in personalization and customer engagement Sounds like a fit?
