Join a leading networking technology company and take ownership of the design, development, and continuous improvement of advanced automated test platforms used in high-performance communication systems. This role combines software development, manufacturing test automation, production support, and system-level troubleshooting in a fast-paced engineering environment. Responsibilities Design and develop robust automated test solutions for complex hardware and networking products Build and maintain test applications using Python on Linux environments Consolidate, modernize, and optimize existing validation and production test frameworks Lead deployment and integration of test systems across local and international manufacturing sites Investigate complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis on production and field failures Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and external production partners to improve product reliability and test coverage Work with advanced lab equipment, communication interfaces, and networking technologies Drive automation initiatives and leverage AI-based development tools to enhance engineering productivity Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in test engineering, production test systems, or ATE software development Strong hands-on expertise in Python development Extensive experience working in Linux environments Background in automated manufacturing or production test solutions Experience with C#, VB, ATEasy, or similar test development platforms Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex hardware/software environments Familiarity with communication protocols, networking technologies, and laboratory instrumentation Experience supporting global manufacturing operations and production partners is an advantage Nice to Have Experience with large-scale networking or telecom products Knowledge of manufacturing processes and EMS environments Passion for automation, innovation, and continuous improvement #Python #Linux #ATE #TestEngineering #Automation #Networking #Telecom #EmbeddedSystems #SoftwareEngineering #ManufacturingTest #Hiring Show more Show less
