Project Manager

• Manage multiple high-budget Hardware projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline,rdware and budget requirements. • Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure. • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. • Work closely with engineering teams across mechanical, electronics, and systems disciplines, coordinating between these domains and supporting integration processes for complex systems. • Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements. • Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals. • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity. • Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment. • Previous project management experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage, preferably in the air defense systems sector. • Technical understanding of mechanical engineering and electronics, along with familiarity with systems engineering, subsystem interfaces, and complex systems integration. • Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities. • Familiarity with project management software and tools. • Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. • High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results. • Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
