Product Manager - Logistics Technology

We’re hiring a Product Manager – Warehouse Operations & Logistics Tech! We are looking for a Product Manager (3–5 years of experience) to bridge the physical world of warehouse operations with cutting-edge software, Computer Vision, cameras, and localization technologies. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will serve as a key bridge between R&D, global customers, and field operations to translate complex operational workflows into intuitive, high-impact products. What You’ll Do? Product Ownership & Roadmap: Own and drive the roadmap for core operational capabilities, focusing on Inbound, Inventory, and Storage workflows. Translate Operational Needs: Turn real-world warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, tracking, picking, shipping) into scalable software features. Multidisciplinary Innovation: Work closely with R&D on solutions combining software, hardware, Computer Vision, and tracking/localization systems. Field & Customer Engagement: Lead product discovery directly with warehouse managers globally and translate field insights into product strategy (includes international travel). Requirements 3–5 years of Product Management experience , preferably in a B2B technology environment. Experience with logistics, warehousing, supply chain, industrial technology or operational systems . Strong understanding of operational processes; warehouse operations experience is a significant advantage. Ability to translate complex customer and operational needs into clear product requirements and roadmap. Strong technical and systems thinking with the ability to work effectively with R&D. Experience working directly with customers and field environments. Strong business orientation and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent English and willingness to travel internationally. Strong Advantages Experience with WMS / WES / WCS or warehouse automation .
