Payroll Accountant

abra is hiring Payroll Accountant to join our team! Key Responsibilities Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while overseeing all payroll-related processes. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Israeli labor laws and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations. Perform ongoing, high-level payroll audits and reconciliations using advanced Excel skills and AI-powered tools. Work with attendance management and payroll systems, including Synerion and Malam Payroll. Analyze payroll data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy and consistency across all payroll operations. Certified Payroll Accountant qualification – mandatory. At least 3 years of proven experience in a payroll accounting role – mandatory. Hands-on experience with Malam Payroll and Synerion systems – mandatory. Advanced Excel skills and extensive experience working with complex data. Strong knowledge of Israeli labor laws and payroll regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of responsibility, a proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach.
