Salesforce Implementer

abra's Salesforce Division is looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce professional to design and implement business solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role requires hands-on experience in business analysis, system configuration, implementation, and user adoption. Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. Configure and maintain automations, fields, objects, and reports. Train and support end users on new business processes and system capabilities. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to internal users. Prepare functional specification and system analysis documentation. Must have: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Implementation Specialist. Proven experience working with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and security configurations. Strong knowledge of either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ability to work independently and manage tasks end-to-end. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders. Strong self-learning skills and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies. Nice to have: Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder. Experience working in an Agile environment.
