DevOps team lead | Azure Kubernetes

Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the DevOps team, providing technical direction and guidance. Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Oversee Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Build, maintain, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines, with an emphasis on Jenkins. Develop automation tools and scripts using Groovy and other relevant technologies. Manage Windows Server and IIS environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and availability. Work closely with development teams responsible for.NET Core and Node.js applications. Establish and enhance monitoring, observability, and incident management processes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering. 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams. Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure. Extensive experience managing and optimizing Kubernetes environments. Proven experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins. Strong scripting and automation capabilities, including Groovy. Experience with Windows Server and IIS environments. Experience supporting.NET Core and Node.js applications. Practical knowledge of Terraform, ARM Templates, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools. Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, cloud security, and infrastructure best practices. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively with technical teams. This position is open to all candidates.
