Project Manager

A Project Manager is sought for the LSF Manager to lead technological, systemic, and multidisciplinary projects, from planning and development through delivery to the customer. The role carries overall responsibility for meeting project goals, leading cross-organizational processes, managing multiple interfaces, and driving professional teams to solve problems and advance execution. We are looking for a technological, execution-oriented leader with independent drive, systemic vision, and the ability to cope with challenges in a dynamic, multi-interface environment. Job Description Build work plans — milestones, resources, budget, schedules, and required deliverables. Lead ongoing execution vis-à-vis engineering, development, procurement, operations, manufacturing, and quality. Drive cross-organizational processes and interfaces at all levels, from senior management to engineering, operations, and production, creating collaboration and removing obstacles. Monitor and control progress, identify risks and gaps, and formulate action plans and solutions. Manage changes in requirements, scope, and schedules, assessing their impact on project commitments. Coordinate integration, trials, tests, and delivery preparations with the professional functions. Lead professional activities at customer and partner sites in Israel and abroad, including demonstrations, trials, and field work. Manage ongoing contact with customers and partners in Israel and abroad, per project needs. Prepare presentations and management reports — status, risks, alternatives, and recommendations — for senior management, customers, and relevant interfaces. Make decisions and solve problems in real time, handling unplanned events while maintaining project goals and commitments. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering -required. 3+ years managing technological or systemic projects -required. Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing interfaces without direct authority - required. Proven ability to lead cross-organizational processes and drive stakeholders at all levels, including senior management -required. Proven ability to build work plans, manage priorities, monitor and control, and meet schedules in a changing environment. Experience with project management and planning/monitoring tools -an advantage. High technical understanding and ability to hold professional dialogue with engineering and development teams. High ability to analyze information and present technological and managerial topics clearly and persuasively to senior management, customers, and partners -required. Ability to lead independently, make real-time decisions, and handle unplanned situations -required. High-level English, written and spoken - required. Willingness to travel abroad ~15% of the position for trials, demonstrations, and professional activities with customers and partners -required.
