hms is looking for a Junior Forward Deployed Engineer – AI Agents! 📣 Our Intelligent Automation department is looking for a Computer Science or Software Engineering graduate for a junior role combining development, AI, integrations, business processes, and direct client interaction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems, learning new technologies, and transforming business needs into smart AI solutions. What will you do? 🔹 Design and develop AI agents and end-to-end workflows. 🔹 Analyze and break down business processes into technological solutions. 🔹 Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON. 🔹 Develop custom components and business logic using JavaScript and TypeScript. 🔹 Integrate LLMs, AI tools, and data sources into business processes. 🔹 Test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI solutions in production. 🔹 Collaborate with clients and work closely with development and architecture teams. What are we looking for? ✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. ✅ Knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript. ✅ Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and asynchronous programming. ✅ Hands-on experience through a personal or academic project involving LLMs, AI Agents, Tool Calling, or autonomous workflows. ✅ Familiarity with RAG, connecting data sources, or working with enterprise data. ✅ Experience with system integrations or Backend development. ✅ Ability to independently learn new technologies through technical documentation. ✅ Analytical thinking, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow.
