Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to lead the design, implementation, and deployment of complex technical solutions for our enterprise clients. In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of modern technical architecture, client engagement, and technical leadership. You will architect robust production systems, champion the use of next-generation AI developer tooling, and guide projects from initial discovery through to mission-critical deployment. Responsibilities: Technical Ownership & Architecture: Lead hands-on projects for complex, high-stakes client engagements, architecting scalable solutions, backend integrations, and robust services with a strong focus on TypeScript. Solutions Design & Client Delivery: Collaborate directly with technical stakeholders and leadership on the client side to translate business objectives into scalable, resilient system designs. AI-Native Engineering: Spearhead the integration of advanced AI development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and agentic workflows into daily engineering pipelines. Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers, ensuring best practices in software craftsmanship, reliability, and security. Requirements: Daily use of AI developer tooling (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to build and deploy systems. Practical experience designing and integrating AI Agents and LLM-driven applications. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to lead technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders. Strong hands-on technical background. Proficiency in TypeScript with practical experience in modern backend and API architectures.
