Technical AI Product Manager 5519

We are looking for a Technical AI Product Manager to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role that blends advanced systems analysis, product mindset, and hands-on leadership of AI Agent-based solutions. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of AI Agents—from initial business problem definition and technical characterization to development, deployment, and long-term business value realization. You will serve as the technical bridge connecting business goals, data, and engineering, ensuring the controlled, measurable, and responsible deployment of AI Agents across the organization. Core Requirements Systems Analysis: Strong, hands-on system analysis capabilities (Must-have hard skill). Product Mindset: Proven ability to think like a product owner, balancing user needs and business strategy. Applied AI Understanding: A solid foundational and practical understanding of AI technologies and capabilities. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership & Systems Analysis Lead the definition of business challenges and identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications (Systems Analysis). Author comprehensive product documents, including PRDs, HLDs, and User Stories for engineering teams. End-to-End Agent Lifecycle Management Own the AI Agent lifecycle from end to end: Design, Build, Run, and Improve. Collaborate closely with AI Makers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers. Manage the product backlog, define the roadmap, and prioritize tasks based on quantifiable business value. Governance, Risk & Guardrails Define the explicit operational boundaries for AI Agents, including Scope, Authority, and Decision Boundaries. Embed AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation strategies into the core architecture. Proactively identify and mitigate business, regulatory, and ethical risks during the design phase. Business Value & Success Metrics Establish clear KPIs and success metrics for every deployed AI Agent. Continuously monitor adoption rates, product usage, and Return on Investment (ROI). Ensure all AI initiatives directly align with measurable organizational goals. Agent Portfolio Management & Alignment Manage a holistic portfolio of organizational AI Agents rather than isolated, point-based solutions. Prioritize roadmap investments, prevent development redundancies, and drive standardizations. Act as a bridge between Business Units, IT, and Leadership to align expectations regarding AI capabilities and limitations. Quality, Data & Reliability Optimize AI Agent accuracy by working deeply with data pipelines, contextual architecture, and advanced prompting. Implement mitigation strategies against hallucinations and model drift. Guarantee the production-grade reliability and stability of deployed agents. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in Systems Analysis with a strong track record of writing technical specifications from business needs. Extensive experience translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable technological solutions. A broad systemic understanding of complex, cross-organizational business processes. Demonstrated experience leading technology products or projects from end-to-end (cradle to grave). Foundational, hands-on knowledge of AI concepts, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
