Project Manager & Systems Analyst – Business Customer Systems Development (5518)

About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager & Systems Analyst to lead projects and analyze business processes within the Business Customer Systems Development domain. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Manage project interfaces with all relevant stakeholders, drive collaboration, provide professional guidance, communicate and present project status, and work directly with development teams. Oversee development and testing phases and ensure projects meet their timelines. Vendor Management: Manage projects and systems involving external vendors, including vendor engagement, ongoing collaboration, and support for system-related issues. Business Process Analysis: Understand business processes and assess the impact of technical changes and system malfunctions. Systems Analysis & Design: Analyze business processes and define solutions based on customer needs. Prepare detailed system specification documents covering both functional requirements and technical aspects. Experience in payment processing is a significant advantage. Requirements & Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive collaboration across teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong systems thinking and a holistic approach. Analytical skills and logical thinking. Excellent understanding of business processes. Ability to learn independently. Strong understanding of the technology landscape. Experience in systems analysis. Mandatory Requirements At least 2 years of tenure in the current role. At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis and analyzing customers’ business requirements. At least 2 years of experience managing significant projects and cross-organizational business processes. Advanced SQL skills. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Advantages Experience working closely with external vendors, development teams, infrastructure teams, and information security teams. Ability to lead architecture definition processes, from infrastructure-level architecture through detailed design. Familiarity with payment processing and credit discounting (Nichayon).
