The proprietary platform leverages behavioral intelligence and real-time telemetry to automate and optimize consumer onboarding, minimize product returns, and elevate customer satisfaction for connected devices. Located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the light rail, operating on a hybrid model with two days working from home. Role Description- Serving as a Senior Flutter Mobile Engineer, joining the core mobile engineering team reporting directly to the R&D Director. Leading the design, development, architectural scaling, and maintenance of consumer-facing mobile applications built with Flutter / Dart with heavy reliance on native platform capabilities. Architecting robust native bridge integrations across the Dart/native boundary using Platform Channels, Pigeon, or custom Flutter plugins. Designing and implementing modular, reactive mobile architectures, robust state management paradigms, and clean client-server RESTful / API integrations. Maintaining and developing native platform code components in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) to interface seamlessly with connected device protocols and OS-level frameworks. Managing end-to-end mobile release pipelines, including build variants/flavors, code signing, provisioning profiles, and App Store / Google Play submissions. Championing mobile engineering excellence: debugging across native and Dart layers, tuning UI rendering performance, and driving exceptional UX responsiveness. Requirements- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory 4+ years of dedicated professional hands-on experience in mobile app development using Flutter and Dart – Mandatory Deep technical understanding of the mobile app lifecycle, widget hierarchy, and advanced state management (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider) – Mandatory Hands-on proficiency with Platform Channels, Pigeon, or Flutter plugin development – Mandatory Practical working knowledge of native mobile development in Swift and/or Kotlin, with the ability to build, maintain, and debug code across the native boundary – Mandatory Proven background managing multiple app flavors/build variants, provisioning, signing, and App Store / Google Play deployments – Mandatory Extensive experience with client-server architecture, asynchronous programming, and third-party API integration – Mandatory Show more Show less
