Generative AI Lead

We’re looking for an AI & Generative AI Lead to lead AI domain end to end from vision and architecture to the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions in production This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining AI engineering, platform architecture, innovation, and team leadership, with a real opportunity to shape how the organization builds, deploys, and governs AI at scale. What You’ll Do Lead the organization’s AI and Generative AI technology strategy and execution. Design, build, and implement an end-to-end enterprise AI platform, covering architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and workflows. Develop and deploy production-grade AI and Generative AI solutions. Lead the development of LLM-powered applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, MCP integrations, and Agentic Workflows. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to developers, establishing engineering standards and best practices. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful AI solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation across the AI landscape. What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI and Generative AI solutions in production. Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI platforms, including architecture, security, monitoring, governance, and operational workflows. Experience leading a team or providing technical leadership to developers. Strong Python skills and significant backend development experience. Practical experience with LLMs and platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or equivalent technologies. Hands-on experience with AI Agents, RAG, MCP, Prompt Engineering, and Agentic Workflows. Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks. Experience working with Vector Databases and cloud environments. Strong technical leadership, systems thinking, and a self-driven approach to learning and innovation Nice to Have Experience with AI Governance and Responsible AI. Background in MLOps and Data Engineering. Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems. Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments. Show more Show less
