Project Manager - Scrum Master

As a Project Manager in the Digital Division , you’ll lead complex E2E software development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment – from initiation through design, development, testing, and production rollout. This is an excellent opportunity to lead cross-organizational digital projects that impact both internal processes and customer-facing platforms, while working closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do: Lead complex E2E digital development projects in an Agile/Scrum environment. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, development teams, QA, and business stakeholders to manage priorities, backlogs, and sprint deliverables. Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and ensure continuous progress across development teams. Balance Agile delivery practices with project governance, budgets, timelines, and organizational objectives. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience managing large-scale development projects – Must Proven experience in matrix management of multidisciplinary teams – Must Experience leading steering committees, managing budgets, timelines, and quality – Must Strong client-facing and communication skills – Must Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including leading Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint planning and execution – Must Solid technical understanding of systems, integrations, and architecture – Strong Advantage High proficiency in MS Project and Jira – Must Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems – Advantage Additional Info: Location- Rishon LeZion Show more Show less
