Financial Core Systems Project Manager

A large financial organization is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology projects across financial core systems . The role includes end-to-end management of complex projects in a banking/financial environment, working with Mainframe (MF) systems , leading integrations between core systems and other organizational platforms, and collaborating with multiple business and technology stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end technology projects, from initiation and requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation, and production. Manage complex projects involving financial core systems and Mainframe (MF) environments. Work closely with business units, Development, System Analysis, QA, Infrastructure, Information Security, Operations, and external vendors. Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and blockers. Lead requirements and system analysis processes and define business and functional requirements. Lead complex integrations and cross-system processes. Manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a matrix environment. Requirements 4+ years of experience managing technology projects within a financial or banking organization - Must Significant experience managing projects involving financial core systems - Must Hands-on experience working with Mainframe (MF) systems in a banking/financial environment - Must Strong understanding of banking/financial business and operational processes - Must Experience working with complex enterprise systems, integrations, and cross-organizational processes - Must Proven experience in matrix management and working with multiple stakeholders - Must Experience working with Agile methodologies - Must Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related field - Must Previous experience in System Analysis - Advantages Experience leading complex integration projects - Advantages Familiarity with financial regulation, risk management, and compliance processes - Advantages Show more Show less
