Senior Data Engineer | Central Israel | Hybrid A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join a technology team responsible for developing complex and scalable data solutions in an AWS environment. The role includes developing ETL/ELT pipelines , working with AWS Glue, Python, PySpark, Spark, and SQL , processing diverse data sources, and designing data solutions across DWH and Data Lake environments. What You'll Do Develop and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines Build data pipelines using AWS Glue, Python, PySpark, and Spark Work with relational and non-relational databases Write and optimize complex SQL queries Process structured and semi-structured data, including CSV, JSON, and text Integrate data from APIs and Web-based sources Work with DWH, Data Modeling, and Data Lake architectures Address performance and scalability challenges Collaborate with Systems Analysts, Infrastructure teams, and BI Developers What We're Looking For 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer – required Experience developing complex ETL/ELT processes – required Hands-on experience with AWS Glue – required Experience with Python, PySpark, and Spark – required Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries – required Experience working with relational and non-relational databases – required Experience processing structured and semi-structured data – required Experience integrating data from APIs and Web sources – required Strong knowledge of DWH, Data Modeling, and Data Lake architecture – required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address performance and scalability challenges Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams 📍 Central Israel | Full-time | Hybrid – 2 remote days per week Show more Show less
