AI Agents Product Manager

We are recruiting an AI Agents Product Manager for a financial organization located in central Israel. Responsibilities: Work with business and technological processes to lead AI Agents-based solutions end-to-end. Analyze and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements. Manage the lifecycle of AI Agents and work closely with development teams and business stakeholders. Define success metrics and controls, and improve system performance and reliability. Lead innovation, standardization, and end-to-end implementation of AI Agents solutions. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Systems Analysis / Product Management / Business Analysis. Experience in writing functional and technical specification documents and leading end-to-end solutions. Experience in leading products / projects end-to-end. Experience working with complex information systems, defining KPIs, and working in a data-driven environment. Experience working with AI / LLM / Copilot and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
