Salesforce CRM Project Manager

We are hiring a Salesforce CRM Project Manager for an organization in central Israel, responsible for leading end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects, analyzing business processes, defining system requirements, and managing solution architecture, integrations, testing, and implementation RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end Salesforce CRM projects Analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements Define solution architecture and integration approaches, including APIs, Web Services, and Event-Driven Architecture Manage interfaces with business and technology stakeholders, vendors, and professional teams Lead testing, go-live, and implementation processes REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience managing and leading Information Systems projects, including 5+ years of experience with Salesforce-based projects Experience leading complex CRM projects, systems analysis, and business and technical specifications Experience designing solution architecture and integrations, including APIs, Web Services, and Event-Driven Architecture Experience managing vendors and leading cross-functional teams and business and technology stakeholders Experience in the financial, insurance, credit, or Wealth Management sectors – an advantage Show more Show less
