VP Sales & Customer Experience

Techdin, part of Guideline Group, is looking for a VP Sales & Customer Experience to lead our commercial strategy, revenue growth, and end-to-end customer experience. We are seeking a business-driven leader with strong commercial expertise, proven management experience, and the ability to drive people, processes, and performance. This role combines ownership of revenue growth, leadership of Sales, Customer Experience, and Support functions, and strategic collaboration with company management. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and business performance. Lead Sales, Customer Experience, Customer Service, and Support teams. Own the end-to-end customer journey, from acquisition through retention and account expansion. Define KPIs, manage business plans, analyze performance, and drive continuous improvement. Identify new business opportunities and develop growth initiatives. Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives. Significant experience leading commercial operations and driving growth in a technology company. Proven experience managing sales teams and managers. Management experience in Customer Experience, Customer Success, Customer Service, or Support. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance. Strategic mindset, strong cross-functional leadership, and a hands-on approach. B2B SaaS experience- strong advantage.
