OT Cyber ??Architect

We are seeking an OT/ICS Cyber ??Architect with proven experience in leading security architecture within production environments, control systems, and critical infrastructure. The role involves formulating security concepts for the production floor, managing risks associated with complex operational systems, and driving secure integration between IT and OT networks—all while strictly maintaining operational continuity and system availability. **Key Responsibilities** · Designing and leading secure network architecture for production and industrial control environments, including network segmentation and the implementation of the Purdue Model. · Conducting risk assessments and mapping systems and networks across factories, production facilities, and process-oriented environments. · Defining information security requirements for SCADA systems, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and HMI systems. · Designing secure remote access frameworks to facilitate maintenance by integrators and vendors on the production floor. · Defining, overseeing, and approving industry-specific network security solutions prior to their deployment in sensitive production environments (including laboratory and testing environments). · Developing and implementing information security procedures for engineering, automation, and maintenance teams, based on international standards. · Ongoing collaboration with control engineering teams, external integrators, the production floor, and infrastructure personnel. · At least 5 years of experience in the field of information security, including at least 3 years as a Cyber ??Architect in OT environments. · In-depth familiarity and practical experience with industrial networks and communication protocols (such as Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, PROFINET). · Experience in security and architecture within various control environments (such as Siemens S7 controllers). · Experience in modeling, configuring, and defining rules for industrial-grade communication and security equipment (such as Cisco ISA 3000).
