Program Manager - Head-Up Display Systems

Join our Head-Up Display (HUD) Business Unit, part of Elbit's ISTAR & EW Division in Rehovot. Our team develops and delivers advanced airborne display systems for leading aerospace and defense customers worldwide. As a Program Manager, you will lead strategic customer programs from contract award through delivery while driving business growth and customer success. Responsibilities: Lead complex customer programs from contract award through development, production, delivery, and support Own program planning, execution, budget, schedule, resources, and risk management Serve as the primary interface with customers and maintain long-term strategic relationships Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations Ensure delivery of contractual commitments and customer expectations Identify and promote business growth opportunities with existing and new customers Present program status and key milestones to customers and senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Exact Sciences, or a related technical field At least 5 years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or multidisciplinary processes Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment Ability to work effectively in a technical and customer-facing environment Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience working with international customers High level of English, spoken and written Willingness to travel internationally *Only suitable candidates will be contacted #Rehovot
