Senior Data Architect

We're Hiring | Senior Data Architect / Data Modeling Tech Lead We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect / Data Modeling Tech Lead to drive the design and evolution of enterprise data solutions. This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines deep expertise in data architecture and modeling with strong business understanding, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping modern data platforms, working closely with business stakeholders, and leading end-to-end data initiatives using cutting-edge technologies. 🔹 What You'll Do Lead the design and development of complex enterprise data models and architectures. Architect scalable Data Warehouse and modern Lakehouse solutions. Design semantic layers and analytical models that enable consistent, business-friendly data consumption. Work with modern data platforms, particularly Databricks , to support advanced analytics, AI, and self-service capabilities. Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective technical solutions. Design and guide data integration processes across Batch, Streaming, and Near Real-Time environments. Establish best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, data quality, and architectural standards. Identify opportunities to modernize data platforms and improve data accessibility. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to data engineering teams. 🔹 What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in enterprise Data Warehouse design, data architecture, and complex data modeling. Expert-level SQL skills, including advanced querying, performance tuning, and optimization. Strong understanding of DWH architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and analytical data modeling. 2+ years of experience with Databricks or comparable modern Lakehouse platforms. Experience designing semantic layers and data models for BI and analytics solutions. Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead technical solutions from requirements through implementation. Strong analytical thinking, architectural vision, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
