AWS Cloud Engineer

We're hiring: AWS Cloud Engineer Our customers move fast, and we need engineers who can keep up. We're looking for an AWS Cloud Engineer who will work closely with customers to design, build and improve AWS environments that scale, stay secure and support the business. What you'll do Work directly with fast-moving customers to design, build and run scalable, secure and cost-efficient AWS architectures Turn business needs into sound cloud solutions , from discovery and requirements through architecture, implementation and handover Optimize existing customer architectures for performance, reliability, security and cost, using the AWS Well-Architected Framework Act as a trusted technical advisor : run architecture reviews and workshops, and recommend the best path forward Lead hands-on delivery with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and automation Help customers adopt Data and AI , including GenAI and agentic AI workloads, in a production-ready way Own the customer journey end to end : guide each engagement from first conversation to go-live, then keep improving the environment as the customer’s needs change. What we're looking for Deep hands-on knowledge of core AWS services : compute (EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS), networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, Route 53), storage, databases and IAM Experience with CI/CD pipelines and D evOps practices Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Terraform, AWS CDK or CloudFormation Solid grounding in cloud security and governance : Identity and access, Multi-account strategy and Control Policies,Network security, Data protection, Threat detection and posture and Policy-as-code and automated guardrails built into CI/CD Experience with cost optimization and FinOps practices Experience with migration and modernization projects (lift-and-shift, re-platforming, containerization, serverless) Customer-facing experience: you can explain technical ideas to both engineers and business stakeholders High ownership : you take responsibility, follow through and don't wait to be asked Customer obsession : you start from the customer's goals and work back from there A bias for action , comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to handle several customer projects at once Clear written and spoken communication , including architecture documents and diagrams Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and building solutions on AWS AWS certifications , with at least AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Nice to have AWS Professional or Specialty certification (e.g., Solutions Architect – Professional, DevOps Engineer – Professional, Security, Machine Learning) A strong background in Data and AI on AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker, Redshift, data lakes) Experience with observability, especially for agentic AI systems: tracing, evaluation and monitoring of agent behavior (CloudWatch, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, Datadog or similar) Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce Experience at an AWS Partner or consulting company #AWS #CloudEngineering #Hiring #SolutionsArchitect #AgenticAI #Observability #Agentforce #DataAndAI #CloudJobs#YouCCINNO
