About The Role Biolojic Design is looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior PMO / Project Manager to join our Operations & Project Management team, reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Project Management. In this role, you will play a central part in driving project execution across our R&D and partnered programs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining project visibility, ensuring alignment across teams, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing management with the insights needed to make informed decisions. What You'll Do Build, manage, and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and key milestones across R&D and partnered programs. Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, resources, budgets, and risks, proactively identifying potential delays and challenges. Drive project governance and reporting, including regular status reviews, management dashboards, action tracking, and progress updates. Coordinate cross-functional activities between scientific teams, management, external vendors, and strategic partners. Support resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple programs. Develop, implement, and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, templates, and workflows. Ensure clear documentation and follow-up of key decisions, action items, risks, and project dependencies. Lead the adoption and integration of AI tools and automation to enhance project planning, reporting, data analysis, and overall operational efficiency. What We're Looking For 5–7 years of experience in project management, PMO, or a similar cross-functional role. Proven hands-on experience in building and managing complex project plans, timelines, and cross-functional projects. Strong proficiency in project management and planning tools. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear project plans, actionable insights, and management-level reports. Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and senior management. Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to improve workflows and everyday work. Fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or another relevant field. Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences companies. Familiarity with drug development processes and R&D environments.
