Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist – Exchange Online

abra professional services is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist – Exchange Online to manage mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365, configure Outlook, and provide hands-on technical support to users throughout the migration process. This is a full-time, on-site position located in central Israel. Key Responsibilities: Perform mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365, with a focus on Exchange Online. Proactively contact users, coordinate migration schedules, and execute mailbox migrations to the new environment. Configure Outlook on users' computers and connect email accounts on mobile devices. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues throughout the migration process. Verify successful connectivity and ensure the migration process is completed for each user. Work according to the guidelines of the Information Systems team. Track migration progress, document completed tasks, and report outstanding issues. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365, with a strong focus on mailbox migrations to Exchange Online – mandatory. Hands-on experience performing mailbox migrations to Microsoft 365 – mandatory. Experience configuring Outlook on workstations and email accounts on mobile devices – mandatory. Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting issues during migration processes – mandatory. Ability to coordinate directly with users and manage migration activities – mandatory. Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills – mandatory.
