We are looking for an AI Software Developer to lead the end-to-end development of a new technology platform, from understanding business needs and shaping the architecture to deployment and monitoring in an AWS cloud environment. The role is based on an AI-Driven Development approach, with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot integrated into the daily development workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality. You will translate business requirements into technological architecture and combine LLM components, RAG architectures, and agentic capabilities with deterministic code, working closely with Product, Architecture, Information Security, and business stakeholders. What you’ll do Lead the end-to-end development of a new technology platform, from business need analysis to production deployment and monitoring Design and develop services, APIs, and software components in an AWS cloud environment Translate business requirements into scalable technological architecture and high-quality production code Integrate LLM components, RAG architectures, and agentic capabilities alongside deterministic software components Use AI development accelerators and Vibe Coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot as part of the daily workflow Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Information Security, and business teams What are we looking for? 3+ years of hands-on software development experience, with a significant advantage for Python development experience At least 1 year of ongoing experience using Vibe Coding tools and AI-based development accelerators such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot Hands-on cloud development experience, preferably with AWS; familiarity with Bedrock, ECS, EC2, and databases is a significant advantage Strong system-level understanding and practical experience with RAG architectures and integrating LLMs into software systems Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent military or industry experience Excellent interpersonal skills, independent leadership capabilities, business understanding, and the ability to work effectively in a complex organizational environment Why join us?
