About the company We are a two-year-old startup in the enterprise AI space, founded by two experienced entrepreneurs and backed by significant funding. We are building a semantic layer that connects enterprise data with AI tools and AI agents. Its platform creates an intelligent model of each organization’s data and business language, enabling users to ask questions in natural language and receive fast, data-backed answers. The company’s customers include Bank Leumi, Maccabi Healthcare Services, and Payoneer. About the role We are looking for an Applied AI Solutions Engineer for a varied, high-impact role combining hands-on development, data, and AI technologies with direct work with enterprise customers. You will lead projects end to end: learning the customer’s environment and needs, defining solutions, developing complex integrations, and building and deploying AI agents. You will work with customer IT teams, analysts, and technical stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Product, R&D, and Research teams. What you’ll do Lead projects from the pilot stage through deployment at the customer’s organization. Map customer systems, data, and business and technical needs. Design and build integrations with enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, data warehouses, and other data sources. Develop in Python and work with SQL and data infrastructure. Build and manage AI agents, including working with MCP. Solve technical challenges and ensure solutions work effectively in enterprise environments. What we’re looking for 5–6 years of software development experience, with a background in Data Engineering, Backend development, or a similar technical role. Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Experience working with data, databases, ETL processes, or data warehouses. Ability to understand complex systems and build integrations between them. Strong English skills for working with customers and global teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand requirements, and build trust with customers. Curiosity and an interest in expanding beyond development into AI solutions and customer-facing work.
