Rail Systems Manager

Rail Systems Manager A leading infrastructure and transportation company is looking for a Rail Systems Manager to lead the systems activities in a major transportation project. The role includes managing, coordinating, and monitoring all engineering systems while working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the systems scope in a light rail project and coordinate with operations and maintenance teams. Support and monitor the planning and construction phases of the project. Work closely with designers, project management companies, concessionaires, consultants, and contractors. Manage interfaces between different engineering systems and project stakeholders. Track project progress, quality, schedules, and technical requirements. Lead complex processes in a multi-disciplinary environment. Support the division in achieving project goals and milestones. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 4 years of experience managing, coordinating, or supervising engineering systems and/or complex projects. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading engineering processes. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. High level of Hebrew and English. Advantage Experience in railway or light rail projects. Experience with transportation systems, signaling, telecommunications, electrical systems, control systems, or integrated systems. Experience with PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects. Experience working with government ministries, public companies, infrastructure organizations, or public-sector entities.
