To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization. Job Description: Managing and analyzing data to support strategic company decision-making. Defining and maintaining tables, business logic, and ETL processes for business dashboards and data systems. Monitoring and auditing data workflows to ensure data quality and operational continuity. Performing complex SQL analyses. Utilizing ETL tools such as DataStage and Talend. Collaborating closely with Development and IT teams. Requirements: Proven experience in BI and Data Warehouse (DWH) development within large-scale organizations (insurance sector experience preferred). Deep understanding of DWH architecture and development methodologies (STG, MRR, DIM, FACT, and additional data layers). Experience in defining technical and business requirements, as well as designing end-to-end data solutions. Strong familiarity with overall data lifecycle and processes. Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and stored procedures. Hands-on experience with ETL tools, with a preference for DataStage and Talend.
