Cloud Solutions & Automation Expert

We’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft cloud and automation professional to join our IT team. This role combines Microsoft 365 and Azure implementation with process automation, complex troubleshooting, and technical leadership. What you’ll do Lead digital workflow initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation. Manage and improve our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including Entra ID, identity and access management, security, SharePoint, and Teams. Develop and maintain business applications and automation workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate. Serve as a technical authority for the on-site Help Desk and guide the resolution of complex, system-level issues. Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes through Microsoft technologies. What we’re looking for 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and managing Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions. Strong knowledge of Entra ID, identity and access management, security, SharePoint, and Teams. Practical experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Proven experience leading technical projects and delivering solutions end to end. Strong troubleshooting skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to learn independently. Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MS-102, AZ-104, or AZ-305.
