Located in the Central District directly adjacent to primary train transit, operating on an in-office model. Role Description- Serving as a Director of Product Management / Lead Product Manager, taking executive product leadership over the company's core platform vision, strategy, and roadmap execution while reporting directly to the CPO. Leading and mentoring a squad of 3 Product Managers, establishing modern product operations, discovery frameworks, and delivery standards across the product organization. Defining the product evolution of an autonomous AI infrastructure engine designed specifically for Engineers, Platform Teams, and DevOps / SRE professionals (B2D / B2B). Translating complex distributed systems challenges, container orchestration dynamics, and cloud cost analytics into elegant, high-impact product capabilities. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, Core R&D architects, and Go-to-Market teams to accelerate customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. Engaging directly with enterprise engineering leaders and platform teams globally to gather deep product feedback and drive product-led growth. Requirements- 6 years of proven professional hands-on experience in Product Management – Mandatory Deep, proven background managing Technical B2B / B2D (Business-to-Developer) products catering to Software Engineers, DevOps, Cyber, or Platform teams – Mandatory Strong technical foundation (former software/DevOps/infrastructure background or technical degree), capable of conducting deep architectural discussions with R&D and technical buyers – Mandatory Demonstrated ability to lead technical product roadmaps from concept through scale in high-velocity tech environments – Mandatory Full-time commitment to working on-site from the company’s central office – Mandatory Fluent, executive-level communication and presentation capabilities in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
