Graduates in Software Engineering / Computer Science

A leading company in Northern Israel specializing in advanced multidisciplinary systems is hiring a Technical Application Engineer to work closely with R&D teams and global clients. Who is this role for? Fresh graduates or juniors (0–1 years of experience) with a solid technical foundation, strong system-level perspective, and excellent communication skills, who want to be at the heart of the action: analyzing complex technical field requirements and driving solutions together with development and algorithm teams. What will you do? No coding required: The role focuses on technical specification, requirements analysis, creative problem-solving, and system testing (QA / System Validation). Ongoing collaboration with strategic international clients (with an emphasis on the Far East) to address technological challenges. International travel as needed for customer site support, system integration, and technical training. Translate client requirements into actionable engineering specs, collaborate closely with software/hardware engineers and physicists, and validate features post-development. Conduct technical training, generate performance reports, and influence the product roadmap. Requirements: B.Sc. / Practical Engineer degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical discipline (ideal for fresh graduates). Willingness and availability to travel abroad (primarily across Asia). Strong technical comprehension of multidisciplinary systems and development lifecycles. Fluent English (both verbal and written — mandatory). Outstanding interpersonal, customer-facing, and cross-functional communication skills.
