DevSecOps Security Engineer

About the Role We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Security Engineer to take ownership of cloud security, application security, and secure development processes. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to identify vulnerabilities, implement security solutions, and strengthen the organization's overall security posture. Responsibilities Lead and implement security processes across Cloud and DevOps environments. Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in collaboration with development teams. Integrate security tools and controls into CI/CD pipelines. Secure cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions. Develop and implement Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) strategies to protect sensitive data. Strengthen Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices. Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, or Security Operations. Strong experience securing AWS cloud environments. Solid knowledge of IAM, CSPM, and application security principles. Practical experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong understanding of vulnerability management and secure development practices. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with DevOps and engineering teams. Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
