Game Operation Lead

We are looking for a sharp and passionate Game Operation Lead for Papaya. In this role, you will be part of our winning Operations Team, responsible for enabling ongoing live operation activities utilizing our in-house developed Backend Admin System affecting thousands of players across the world on multiple cross-platform games. The Operations team is responsible for operating monetization, economy, product & analytics activities across multiple games through the company Back End Admin system: setting up promotions, A/B tests, controlling game features, creating pricing configurations, segmentation, etc. Directly manage, train & lead the Operations team, consisting of employees in Israeli site & offshore Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Live Operations Calendar and AB Tests in the production environment throughout different time zones, games & platforms Work alongside the QA team to make sure new features are developed & released according to the planned vision & requirements Take ownership of our Backend Admin system new features design, development, upgrades, and implementation in a production environment Daily monitor of ongoing operations & stability of the back end system. Handle production incidents to a quick solution & improve work processes Work closely with all cross-company departments to make ideas into reality Maintain & develop the team’s Knowledge base, alongside workflows and methods At least 4 years of hands-on experience as Technical Operation Specialist / Configuration Specialist / Technical Support / Technical Project Manager / Business Operation Specialist At least 2 years of experience leading operational teams while taking full ownership of significant cross-company projects Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms simultaneously Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills Proactive and creative with the drive to improve and continuously learn Exceptional time management skills & workload prioritization English proficiency both spoken and written Availability to work off-hours per need Advantages Previous work experience in the field of Mobile Gaming Big Advantag Managerial experience- Big advantage Technical background (Backend Systems Operations / Programming / SQL knowledge)
