Service Desk Specialist

Service Desk Specialist We are looking for a hands-on Service Desk Specialist to serve as the primary IT focal point at our new site. This position combines Service Desk support with local IT infrastructure ownership. You will support employees, maintain workplace technology, troubleshoot systems and connectivity, manage incidents, and coordinate with central IT teams.
