Software Engineer (Operations Team)

About the role We're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build the systems our operations run on. You'll build internal tools, customer-facing platforms, and integrations that connect complex workflows and enable the business to scale. What You'll Do Ship to production from your first week. Build internal tools that improve efficiency and user experience. Own features end to end : schema, API, interface, deployment. Build and maintain integrations, APIs, and automated workflows across systems. Who You Are Strong software engineering fundamentals. High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and a track record of getting things done. Strong business and product intuition, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions. You have taste in interfaces. You can look at a screen and tell that it's wrong, then fix it. Preferred qualifications 3+ years of software engineering work experience. Experienced in TypeScript, Python, React, FastAPI, Django, Flask, AWS, and beyond. Comfortable across the full stack rather than specialized into one end of it. Very fluent with AI development tooling. Built personal, startup, or professional projects. Experience in fintech, insurance, and workflow automation is a plus, but not required.
