Director of Professional Services & Delivery

A growing technology company is seeking a senior Director of Professional Services & Delivery to report directly to the General Manager. In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary technical teams, oversee end-to-end B2B project implementations, and ensure operational infrastructure reliability. You will define delivery practices, manage capacity planning, and work closely with R&D, Product, and Sales to support complex enterprise clients. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field At least 10 years of overall professional experience in technology project companies, SaaS organizations, or similar tech environments - Must 2+ years of senior leadership experience in Professional Services, Technical Delivery, or Technical Operations within B2B Tech, SaaS, or Enterprise Software - Must Proven track record leading multidisciplinary technical teams and complex client implementations Strong skills in process optimization, resource allocation, and cross-functional execution Experience with complex multidisciplinary environments or high-availability systems אזור- חיפה
