Business AI Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a Business AI Solutions Engineer to join our newly established role at our professional services team at Rise. In this role, you'll identify opportunities, develop AI-powered solutions, and automate business processes across the organization. We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn ideas into working solutions. What You’ll Do Identify opportunities to improve business processes using AI and automation. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows. Build integrations between internal systems, APIs, and AI platforms. Collaborate with different departments to understand needs and deliver practical solutions. Own solutions end-to-end, from initial concept to deployment and optimization. Evaluate new AI technologies and drive their adoption across the organization. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in automation, software development, technical solutions, or similar roles. Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and AI-assisted development. Experience with Python and/or JavaScript. Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. Ability to independently design, build, and troubleshoot technical solutions. Strong analytical thinking, ownership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills in English.
