AI Platform Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on AI Platform Engineer to join our team and help build an AI-powered R&D platform that transforms how engineering teams work throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll design and develop production-grade AI Agents, from developer copilots to autonomous agents that can independently execute tasks and integrate directly into engineering workflows. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building reliable, scalable AI systems that work in real production environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI Agents in production environments. Build end-to-end agent workflows integrated with CI/CD pipelines, code repositories, monitoring, and ticketing systems. Develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, retrieval techniques, and vector databases. Build tool-based agents that interact with APIs, services, and engineering tools. Implement agent orchestration, memory, state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows. Ensure system reliability through error handling, retries, and edge-case management. Optimize performance, latency, scalability, cost, and observability. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into daily development workflows. Requirements 2–5+ years of hands-on Backend or Platform development experience. Proven experience building and deploying LLM-based AI Agents in production. Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agent frameworks. Experience with LLM APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic. Strong knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines. Experience developing tool-based agents integrated with APIs and automated workflows. Hands-on experience with Claude and Claude Code – Mandatory. Experience with observability tools such as Langfuse or similar. Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript. Nice to Have Experience with Multi-Agent or Autonomous AI Systems. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, QA automation, or Developer Experience (DevEx). Experience with event-driven architectures, Kafka, or message queues. Experience integrating AI into code reviews, automated testing, or incident analysis. Why Join Us?
