DevOps Engineer

Speedata is modernizing analytics infrastructure with the first purpose-built ASIC processor, the Analytics Processing Unit (APU), for analytics and AI data workloads. Delivering up to 100x faster Apache Spark performance while cutting infrastructure TCO by 90%, the APU executes analytics operations directly in silicon with seamless integration and no code changes. We’re seeking an outstanding, motivated DevOps Engineer with deep knowledge of Kubernetes to join our team of experts and build the infrastructure and systems that power our breakthrough technology. Requirements: Up to 4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production, preferably in a microservices environment. Deep understanding of software development: build and deployment workflows. Coding experience in at least one language, such as Python, Go, or Java. Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with GitOps tools such as ArgoCD. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Responsibilities: Hands-on experience with Linux systems. Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible. Knowledge of SQL and databases. Familiarity with AWS. Experience using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, Cursor) in day-to-day DevOps work. As part of our DevOps team, you’ll take part in: Collaborating closely with development teams to streamline processes. Designing, building, and operating Kubernetes infrastructure and orchestration in production. Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation workflows, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensuring infrastructure and application reliability, observability, performance, and security.
