Quality Assurance Lead

Our customers range from large enterprises to small startups, across industries such as banking, insurance, online payments, high-tech, government, and telecommunications. We’re growing globally and looking for a QA Lead to help us scale with quality. The Role As our QA Lead, you’ll own the quality of STORM from end to end. Our customers make operational and strategic decisions based on what our platform tells them, so accuracy and reliability are essential to the product. You’ll build and lead our QA processes, work closely with development, product, and operations, and set the standard for how we test, measure, and improve. What You’ll Do Define and execute the QA strategy, including test planning, test design, and release quality criteria. Lead functional, non-functional, and regression testing, and drive test automation. Validate the accuracy of risk calculations, data outputs, and reports. Partner with R&D, product, and operations to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues. Document QA procedures, test plans and result. What You Bring Proven experience in software QA, including at least some time in a lead or ownership role. Hands-on experience building test plans and QA processes from the ground up. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. A technical background in information systems, such as IT infrastructure, system administration, or support environments. Strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and disciplined documentation habits. Clear communication and the ability to lead quality initiatives across teams. Relevant certifications or diplomas. Nice to Have A background in cybersecurity, risk management, or GRC. Experience testing data-heavy, analytics, or B2B SaaS products.
