AI & GenAI Solutions Architect | Jerusalem Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an AI & GenAI Solutions Architect for a large, leading public sector organization in Jerusalem Role Overview: Design and lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutions, from architecture planning through Production deployment The role involves designing architectures based on LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents, working with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore, integrating enterprise systems and cloud environments, defining security requirements and Guardrails, and preparing architecture documentation Key Responsibilities: Design and lead end-to-end enterprise AI and GenAI solutions Architect solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents Work with Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore Design integrations with enterprise systems and cloud environments Define security requirements and AI Guardrails Prepare technical architecture documentation Lead solutions through Production deployment Requirements: More than 4 years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect in public cloud environments, including knowledge of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS environment management, and technical team management – Mandatory 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Data, Cloud, Information Systems, or complex systems development At least 2–3 years of experience designing and leading AI, GenAI, or ML solutions in medium to large organizations Experience with GenAI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, AI Agents, Prompt Orchestration, Evaluation, and Guardrails Experience implementing RAG solutions in Production environments and working with MLOps / LLMOps
