Principal Solution Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Engineer to join our Digital, Data & Channels technology organization and play a key role in designing, leading, and shaping complex enterprise-scale systems. This position combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, driving end-to-end solutions across development, infrastructure, security, and architecture domains within a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end system solutions for digital initiatives and projects. Drive architecture planning, system design, and technical solution definition. Participate deeply in requirements analysis and solution design processes. Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including HLD, LLD, and ADRs. Support development projects from concept and design through production deployment. Work closely with development teams (.NET and React) as well as infrastructure, security, and networking teams. Design and implement solutions across hybrid environments (On-Premises and Azure Cloud). Integrate legacy systems into modern architectural frameworks. Lead the resolution of complex challenges related to performance, scalability, and system integration. Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 15+ years of experience in software development and/or systems engineering. Proven experience as a System Engineer and/or Solution Architect. Deep understanding of .NET-based development environments. Familiarity with React and modern web architectures. Strong experience with Microservices and Distributed Systems architectures. Experience working with Azure and cloud-based environments. Familiarity with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and networking. Experience working in regulated environments is an advantage. Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance high-level architecture and technical details. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in large enterprise organizations. Experience working with complex legacy systems. Proven involvement in digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives. Experience operating within highly regulated environments. Additional Advantage: Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, software delivery, and business processes.
