Business Operations Excellence Lead

Drive and coordinate cross-functional Business Operations transformation initiatives, ensuring structured execution, clear ownership, progress visibility, and timely delivery across multiple business units and functions. Managing multiple Business Operations initiatives from planning through execution and stabilization. Supporting systems implementation, digital transformation and business adoption activities. Leading process mapping, standardization and optimization across business units. Supporting the development of KPIs, dashboards, management reporting and visibility mechanisms. Coordinating activities across Business Operations, Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and other stakeholders. Driving governance, accountability and closure of action items to ensure successful execution of organizational priorities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering & management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant master’s degree – an advantage. experience from a global company - Must! 2–4 years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, Process Improvement, or similar roles. Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Project/Program Management certification such as PMP – an advantage.
