What You’ll Be Doing · Core Software Engineering: Design, build, and optimize high-scale open-source platforms, backend services, and custom enterprise integrations. · Modern Cloud & DevOps: Build and operate resilient CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, automated deployments, and Infrastructure-as-Code across multi-cloud environments. · AI-Driven Engineering & Clean Code: Produce clean, highly maintainable, and well-tested code combining rigorous Computer Science fundamentals with cutting-edge AI-assisted workflows. · Complex Problem Solving: Troubleshoot low-level system bottlenecks, optimize database queries, streamline latency, and manage large-scale data flow challenges. · Impact & Ownership: Directly influence platforms relied upon nationally by leading academic institutions and enterprise organizations. Requirements · B.Sc. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering from a recognized research university ( Technion, TAU, HUJI, BGU, BIU ) – Mandatory . · Academic Excellence: Graduated with honors (Cum Laude) or GPA 85+ (Please attach your academic grade transcript). · Deep theoretical and practical grasp of core CS fundamentals: Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems (Linux internals), and Networking. · A curious, proactive mindset: an autodidact with strong analytical problem-solving abilities and a passion for engineering craft. · Excellent team spirit, communication skills, and motivation to thrive in an agile, collaborative R&D environment. Advantages (Nice to Have) · Independent open-source contributions, personal engineering projects, active GitHub profile, or hackathon participation. · Familiarity or academic experience with Linux environments, Docker, Python, PHP, or cloud services. · Prior familiarity with LMS platforms, specifically Moodle architecture. · Prior experience as a software developer, student developer, or technological military unit background.
