Loitering Munition Project Manager

About the Role MABAT Missiles Plant, part of the Missiles & Space Systems Division, is looking for a Project Manager to lead the development and procurement project of a loitering UAV system. Key Responsibilities: Manage existing contracts and maintain relationships with current customers. Lead a highly technological loitering munition project. Support the Marketing Division in developing future opportunities and deals with new customers. Develop concepts based on customer requirements and operational needs. Lead marketing activities and customer engagement with existing customers. Continuously monitor project objectives, budget, labor hours, and work plans. Manage engagements with subcontractors within and outside the organization. Establish collaborations with potential contractors and strategic partners. Oversee serial production. Manage and maintain the system cost model. Conduct demonstrations and develop operational and technical concepts. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory At least 5 years of experience as a Technology Project Manager managing projects with a scope exceeding $10 million – Mandatory Additional Information The MABAT Missiles Plant designs, engineers, and develops a wide range of missile systems, including naval strike systems, loitering munitions, guided and precision weapons, and short-range defense systems.
